Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@stluxecosmetics.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we'll gladly send a replacement or provide another appropriate resolution if the issue was OUR error.
Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes once an order has been placed.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if your order cannot be fulfilled or in circumstances approved by STLUXE Cosmetics. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
